We currently have a waitlist for those interested in leasing a site. In order to maintain the quality of the campground community at BLR, we ask folks who are interested in a campsite to complete an application & provide references from existing campers, if applicable.
Available Sites
We currently have no available sites for lease. Any site available by direct lease or private sale will appear here - so feel free to check back!
Several times a year, we are notified by a family within BLR that life is taking them in a different direction for their next adventure and they intend to sell their lease. Sometimes they already have a buyer in mind, but often they request our assistance in putting the word out. These folks are often looking to sell their lease as a package (annual lease, trailer, sheds, and camping accoutrements, etc) via private sale. All private sales are still subject to an application approval by BLR, and must those approved must continue to abide by the terms of the annual lease, but BLR is otherwise not involved.
